I love Baguette for the consistently high quality of food and service. I love the seamless way it has moved with the times over approx 30 years in style of food,ambience,price line .I love the attention to detail and the warm professionalism of all- guests are never ignored, yet never intruded upon. I love feeling comfortable there,whether I am alone,or with a friend,or with a large group; whether having a quick coffee,drink or meal. I admire the commitment of the Domenech family and the passion they have in an industry where getting it right is becoming increasingly hard. Have they set some sort of record in Brisbane for length of a family run restaurant? They built it and have run it since then.

The food is always innobative, varied and original using the best of fresh local ingredients and special seasonal delicacies from Austaralia as a whole. Traditional favourites, nevertheless, stay on the menu. The service is exceptional - one is made to feel like an honoured family friend. The new decor strikes a very stylish, smart but welcoming note. The owners are dedicated to providing their clientele with a wonderful dine out experience. They have a remarkable abilty to change to stay in touch with the needs and fashions of the dining out public.

Six star service and food. Staff go above and beyond all facets of service. Most impressed by the changing menue and the intricate presentation of all courses, which are often presented with an interesting twist.

The food is a sensory sensation! The first thing you notice is the smell which gets the tastebuds drooling, then the sight of the food is just amazing! And the taste is simply magnificent. We weren't disappointed with any of our meals and would go back in a heartbeat. The service is also fabulous.

The food has always been superb ever since I first visited 30 years ago and the service is also impeccable. The wine list is exlemplary, offering cellared wines and newer, excellent wines from Australia and France. Always open, even on Mondays when I get an extra day off! Congratulations to the proprietors on maintaining such a standard for so long. The tradition lives on and on.

The food is unbelievable...always top quality & with a beautiful, seasonal menu.. A great place to go for a quiet dinner with a partner or for a business luncheon.. Have been going here for years and it never gets boring..and the staff never become complacent...They're always attentive & professional. I love it!

The meal is fantastic, it is quiet delicious, kids are well come and pay regarding they age ! I'm french and I found here a place where I can eat as in France ! When I miss to much my country I go there to enjoy a merveillous moment and fabulous diner or lunch ! I love it and I recommend to all people who like the french cuisine !

You are always made to feel so welcome. You feel relaxed in the comfortable surroundings. The food is delicious and the wine selection is fabulous.

I've been coming here for years and it has never failed to impress. The staff are so knowlegeable, friendly and helpful. The food is 1st class.. have never been disappointed with any dish .. The desserts are to die for especially the creme brulee which has my mouth watering just thinking about it.....All of this in a classy but not ostentatious setting.

I love Baguettes because it is a one stop shop for a great dining experience. The restaurant is designed for progressive dining allowing a comfortable area for a pre dinner drink and then beautiful surrounds when you move on to the dining room. Not to mention the great food and service.

We love Baguette for it's intimate yet relaxed ambiance , friendly and professional staff and , of course, for the AMAZING food. So much so that we asked Baguette to host our wedding reception and it was absolutely fabulous in every respect. We now live overseas but each year when we return for our annual Brisbane holiday to catch up with family and friends we make sure we drop in on Baguette for a sumptuous meal as well !!

I have eaten Lunch and Dinner at Baguette many times - they never disappoint and always provide first class food and fist class service. We loved it so much that we booked our wedding reception there on the 2nd of May. My friends and guests are still raving about the food and say its the best wedding reception they have been to for atmosphere and service! Baguette Bistrot staff do everything but bend over backwards for their guests!

I have been going to Baguette since it opened many many years ago. And even though I now live quite a number of miles away I endeavour to visit when in Brisbane. Baguette is consistantly good food, good wine, good ambiance, good service and to top it off Baguette makes me feel good.

I have been dining out at Baguette for over 25 years and the superb quality of the food and service has never changed. It is still as good now as it was when I dined there the first time in 1983.

Creme Brulee was delicious. Even the childrens meal was wonderful, everything was cooked to perfection! and such a lovely atmosphere.

Unbelievable service, delicious food, great ambience - whats not to love?

One can drop in for a casual lunch with friends and enjoy an open type of atmosphere. Alternately ,the more formal side of the restaurant is ideal for a special occasion, in a more intimate setting. Baguette is a mood pleaser as well as a fine food pleaser.

The service was great, the food was sensational and the atmosphere was nice with nice settings. The serving sizes of the meals was spot on. All round a great experience.

I often take my family to Baguette, the food is ALWAYS excellent. The prices have maintained a level of value that others should follow. The service is excellent, last night, our waiter even convinced my 10 year old to try snails, and she loved it, she's very proud of herself. A great restaurant, every time.
