Have to agree with the other comments. Food quality has dropped but the prices have gone up which is not a good sign as they are now cutting corners on quality. The boss looks disinterested to us and just sits out the front swearing and drinking coffee with his mates. When he is in the shop he just yells at his staff like a Gordon Ramsay. The staff was nice and polite and smiled when we asked if the boss actually did anything. Other staff were still polite and nice and nodded knowingly when we pointed out how bad the food was. Pasta was pre-cooked then microwaved it was terrible. It used to be ok, and the pizzas are still quite nice and tasty, but the pizza maker who made our takeaway pizzas one Friday night was more concerned about talking about their weekend cricket match than paying attention to what he was doing as it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that he completely stuffed up our order. If you cant get basic pizza orders right and serve up terrible kitchen food, you're in big trouble.

We were looking for somewhere nice to eat and stumbled across this place and decided to try it out. To "Annoyed and Disappointed" and "Bew" it is pretty clear from your personal swipes at the yuong staff that you are simply trolls. Such a shame you couldn't be constructive. Anyway, we found the food was really nice and the young staff were very friendly and more than helpfull. It really has a laid back atmosphere which is a big part of it's charm. It is a Pizza place after all. Pizzas are OK, and the pastas are also quite nice, not fantastic, but nice and affordable. We will certainly be back. Keep up the good work!!

yes the pizza is delicious, just a pitty they have ditzy 16 year olds employed. service is non-existant to the point where i would get better service at mcdonalds! don't bother making a complaint to the manager because he laughs in your face and then charges you an extra $3.70 for the coffee that you paid for in your bill but never recieved! did not appreciate the line 'your pizza is ready at the front by the way' after asking for a new pizza to be made as they had given it to the table next to us, left it there for 5 minutes then realised it belonged to our table and tried to give it to us saying 'come on, none of them touched it'. absolutely disgusted in the service.

I tried ages about a year ago and couldn't believe I finally found not just a great pizza but also a good place to go eat. Now I go there every week with my family and we really enjoy the food and the young owners are very friendly, hands on and always have a chat to us. Unfortunately one bad experience can make some people write bad reviews but to the person who complained about waiting 5 minutes on the phone, I would take that as a good sign cause it means they are busy and must make good food. I know I've been put on hold before but they apologise and explain that they had a few calls before mine. If you're to impatient to wait 5 minutes to get good food then maybe you're one of those people who complain about everything!!

Well first time we got takeaway from here before moving to the area, we thought it was great and it seemed to be the best one around. However, the next couple of times we had to deal with the 17yr old idiot at the front counter who cannot get an order right (when he bothers to take one). Last time we had egg on our Hawaiian? Tonight we got a takeaway pizza and it not only had a brown hair under the toppings, but a nice big eyelash baked into the cheese.. nice! We specifically asked them to make it nicely and this is what we get. Will not be returning, EVER. As far as I can tell there is no decent pizza in Werribee let alone Wood Fired yumminess.

i agree they have awful customer serivce i rang up today and was put on hold for 5 minutes my 14mth old is a bit sooky from the heat so i had my phone on loud speaker trying to settle her when they came back to the phone i was sittitng right next to it and tried to give my orer and was then hung up on the first time i thought maybe it was a mistake but after the 3rd time i rang and asked to speak to the manager and was then abused and told they dont want my business all i tried to say is i think something is wrong with there phones as i keep getting hung up on and there the only place to ever have trouble hearing me even on loud speaker. First the abuse by the manager was uncalled for he got have been alot calmer and nicer about it if you cant handle the heat get out o the kitchen!!!! customer is always right and that is no way to treat a paying customer will never ever return there
