We always say 'this guy is a freak'! How can someone make the most amazing cakes you have ever seen, they are so awesome and imaginative! How can he also make the best pastries you have ever eaten (we fight over them to try and get the last bite). And also make the most delicious pies and quiches you have had, not to mention the bread. He must be the top dessert chef in Sydney, outdoing Quay and Rockpool in our books!
