- 8 whole strawberries
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 3 basil leaves
- cracked pepper
- Cut the tops off the strawberries.
- Put the strawberries in a plastic bag and place in the freezer.
- Once strawberries are frozen, place in a food liquidiser and blend with milk, honey, one basil leaf, salt and pepper.
- If the mixture is too thick, add milk, and if not sweet enough, add more honey.
- Serve in martini glasses. Chop basil leaves and add a few pieces on top.
