Ingredients

  • A dozen freshly shucked oysters
  • Tomato juice
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Vodka
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Salt
  • Lemon

Method

  1. Fill half a shot glass with Vodka. Add a 10mls of tomato juice, a squeeze of lemon juice, a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Perfect with fresh Oysters!
