Lolly Cake


Lolly Cake

A super yummy treat that I normally only make for childrens parties, but is always a hit with the adults too and am always asked for the recipe. No oven needed. Quick and easy, but super tasty.

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients

  • 100g butter, melted
  • 250g malt or arrowroot biscuits, crushed
  • ½ tin sweetend condensed milk (200ml)
  • 1 packet musk sticks or chopped marshmalls
  • coconut

Method

  1. Mix together melted butter, crushed biscuits and sweetend condensed milk. Lay flat and place lolly's in the middle and then shape into a log and roll in coconut. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into rounds.
  2. Can be frozen.

Notes & Tips

an alternative mthod is Melt butter in medium saucepan, stir in condensed milk. Remove from heat to cool slightly and stir in biscuits. Then repeat the log making and lolly adding as above
