Ingredients
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 4 tbs muscovado sugar
- 100ml brandy
- 300ml ginger wine
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- pinch of nutmeg
- large pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3-4 cloves
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan and let the wine mull until just near boiling. Do not let the wine boil as the alcohol will evaporate.
