Espresso Martini

Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 x shots of espresso, cold
- 2 x shots of vodka
- 3 x shots of Irish Cream liqueur
- Few lumps of ice
Method
- Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a few lumps of ice. Close the top with a tall glass.
- Shake until you start to see frost forming on the outside of the cocktail shaker.
- Pour the drink into 2 martini glasses.
