Ingredients

  • 6- 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1/2 cup spring onion chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise ( good quality)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Place garlic, artichokes and spiing onion in a food processor; process.
  2. Add mayonnaise and cheese; stir until well combined.
  3. Place into heat proof bowl; heat for approximately 1-2 minutes in the microwave (depending on microwave) and stir before serving with crackers or vegetable sticks.
