Tandoori Chicken wraps


Tandoori Chicken wraps

A wonderfully quick and simple but very tasty wrap.

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts-skin off
  • 2 Tablespoons Tandoori paste
  • 150ml natural yoghurt
  • Mountain bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C, cut chicken into thin strips, place chicken in oven dish, mix the yogurt and tandoori paste together and stir through the chicken.
  2. Cook for 30 minutes, turning once.
  3. Wrap the chicken and salad in the mountain bread-can be served hot or cold.
