Egg and bacon sanga

Had a brainwave one day to save on dishes ... turn eggs and bacon on toast into a sandwich to forgo knife and fork.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • two slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. pre-heat frying pan
  2. start cooking bacon
  3. after a couple of minutes, put down bread to toast
  4. put eggs into the pan
  5. once toast pops, apply butter and sauce to both sides
  6. put egg onto toast (add salt and pepper to taste)
  7. add two rashers of bacon
  8. then the cheese
  9. add the second egg (add salt and pepper to taste)
  10. last two rashers of bacon
  11. second piece of toast
  12. sit and eat

Notes & Tips

Don't pop the egg yolks and they should be soft during eating, so they will drip down your arm as you eat .... good stuff. Also try swapping tomato sauce for BBQ sauce.
