Lamb Kebabs Vermouth

Fantastic on the BBQ, Lamb Kebabs Vermouth have a great little kick.

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

  • 400gms Lamb diced
  • 1 Onion in pieces
  • Pineapple in triangles
  • 1 Capsicum pieces
  • 6 Large Mushrooms in half
  • Marinade
  • 1 cup Dry Vermouth
  • 1 cup French dressing
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 ts Tarragon
  • 2 gloves of Garlic
  • 1 Chilly
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add all marinade ingredients together in a large dish and stir well, Skewer Lamb and other ingredients and marinade in the fridge for 4 hours. Then BBQ and serve with rice salad or your favorite salad of choice.
