Quick Bailey's Icecream

While everyone in my family loves Xmas, sometimes it's just to hot for Pudding. So while working in a Pub in Darwin I came up with this dessert.
Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 2 litres of Vanilla Icecream
- 200ml of Baileys Irish Creme
- 250g Crushed Mixed Nuts
- 200g milk chocolate buds
- 200g dark chocolate buds
Method
- soften Icecream
- crush both lots of chocolate together
- add nuts, chocolate and bailey's into Icecream
- mix altoghter and refreeze, mix every couple of hours until frozen.
Notes & Tips
don't add too much bailey's as it will take to long to refreeze
