Quick Bailey's Icecream

While everyone in my family loves Xmas, sometimes it's just to hot for Pudding. So while working in a Pub in Darwin I came up with this dessert.

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 2 litres of Vanilla Icecream
  • 200ml of Baileys Irish Creme
  • 250g Crushed Mixed Nuts
  • 200g milk chocolate buds
  • 200g dark chocolate buds

Method

  1. soften Icecream
  2. crush both lots of chocolate together
  3. add nuts, chocolate and bailey's into Icecream
  4. mix altoghter and refreeze, mix every couple of hours until frozen.

don't add too much bailey's as it will take to long to refreeze
