Chicken in a Bag

Chicken cooked in an oven bag with chilli and black bean
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 free range chicken
- 1 oven bag
- 3 tabs ketchup manis
- 3 tabs black bean and garlic marinage (Lee Kum Kee Brand)
- 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
- 3 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 tspn sambal oelek
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir to combine.
- Place chicken in oven bag and pour over contents of marinade.
- Seal bag and cut small hole in top
- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken cooked.
- Serve with rice and steamed bok choy
