Cherry Prosecco Crush

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cherries
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 2 nips grappa
- 1 cup prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)
Method
- Using a wooden pestle, crush the cherries with the sugar and grappa until well combined.
- Place the cherry mixture into 2 separate tall glasses.
- Pour the prosecco over the cherries in each glass and serve immediately.
