Pasta with Three Cheeses

Pasta with a dressing of tomato and three cheeses.

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 2 x 500g Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup of grated Mozarella Cheese
  • 1 cup of grated Cheddar Cheese
  • half a cup of parmesen Cheese
  • 1 x medium onion
  • Olive oil
  • Large packet of spiral pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Finely chop your onion and put in fry pan with a little olive oil. Once the onion is translucent put in your tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. While sauce is simmering place pasta in saucepan of boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Once pasta is about finished place all the cheese in the fry pan with the tomatoes and stir to create strings of cheese within the tomato sauce. Add the drained pasta with the sauce and stir through. Eat immediately. Serve with a garden salad and garlic bread.

Notes & Tips

Mix up your cheeses if you like a different variety and if you like chilli add a finely chopped chilli and stir through sauce while simmering.
