Potato baked in the oven in a cream and sour cream mix

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • Tub of Sour cream
  • Large ub of Cream
  • Cream of chicken soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • Grated cheese

Method

  1. Slice potatoes and onion and layer in baking dish with grated cheese in between layers
  2. Mix cream, sour cream, soup mix and mustard in a bowl
  3. Pour into the dish over the potatoes
  4. sprinkle cheese on top
  5. Bake in 180c oven for about 1 and a half hours.
