Simple Lemonade Scones!

Add all 3 ingredients, mix, cut, cook, eat. Simple! Takes one bowl, spoon and baking tray. No more hockey pucks!!

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup lemonade

Method

  1. Put flour in bowl
  2. Add cream and fold in
  3. Add lemonade and mix through
  4. Place on floured board and pat into shape - approx square and 2.3cm thick
  5. Cut out scones (no twisting!) bake on tray on a layer of baking paper
  6. Brush over a little milk
  7. Cook at 200F (fan forced) approx 25 mins or until golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool
  9. Eat with your favourite topping whilst being amazed that you made scones with lemonade.
  10. Makes 12 and a smidge.
