Spicy Scotch Egg

Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 egg, hard boiled and shell removed
- 2 sausages, meat removed from the casing
- Breadcrumbs, toasted
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp paprika
Method
- Mix the sausage meat with the chilli flakes and paprika and season well. Mould around the hard boiled egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
