Basil dip


Basil dip

If you don't like garlicky dips, this brightly coloured, beautifully fragranced one is for you. Try it with chunks of cheese, raw vegetable sticks and crisps.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 60ml double cream
  • 60ml Greek yogurt
  • handful of fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp / 15-30ml lime juice

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Serve with vegetable crudities and pitta bread or melba toast.
