Beef and Yorkshire pudding canapes

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 450g beef fillet, cut lengthwise in 4
  • 16 ready made mini Yorkshire puddings, warm
  • Jar of tomato and onion chutney
  • Jar of Horseradish

Method

  1. Rub the beef pieces with oil, season and sear in a hot pan. Allow to reset for a couple of minutes.
  2. Put a little warm tomato and onion chutney in the bottom of each  Yorkshire pudding.
  3. Slice the beef and put a little in each pudding.  Top with a little horseradish and serve.
