Beef and Yorkshire pudding canapes
- 450g beef fillet, cut lengthwise in 4
- 16 ready made mini Yorkshire puddings, warm
- Jar of tomato and onion chutney
- Jar of Horseradish
- Rub the beef pieces with oil, season and sear in a hot pan. Allow to reset for a couple of minutes.
- Put a little warm tomato and onion chutney in the bottom of each Yorkshire pudding.
- Slice the beef and put a little in each pudding. Top with a little horseradish and serve.
