black cracked pepper
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Combine all the above ingredients delicately except for the prawns and place into your martini glasses.
Place the prawns onto with them hanging over the edges.
To Serve: Garnish with rose petals, watercress and lemon wedges.
Note: omit the prawns and serve with corn chips for the kids!
