Rocking Tomato Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ brown onion finely diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tin whole Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 handful Basil torn
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Sautee onion & garlic in olive oil.
- Add tin of tomatoes – crush in hands as is it is being poured into pot
- Add tomato & honey and simmer for 10 minutes
- Once taken off heat, add basil torn into small pieces
