Celery Root Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Celery Roots peeled and cut into large chunks
- 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter
- Salt & Pepper
- Steam the celery root and potatoes in a stovetop steamer until tender and easily pierced with a knife. Meanwhile gently heat the milk and butter together in a small pot, until the butter has melted.
- Put potatoes and celery root through a food mill, or, alternately, mash with a potato masher. Stir in the milk and butter and season with salt and pepper.
