Tuna Mint Dip


Tuna Mint Dip

Ingredients

  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sour Cream or crème fraiche
  • 1 tin Tuna drained
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • 1 bunch Mint leaf chopped

Method

  1. Cream the cheese in a bowl.
  2. Stir through the cream until smooth.
  3. Mix in the tuna, mashing with a fork to blend.
  4. Grind in some pepper, squirt in lemon to taste, and stir though the mint.
  5. Put in a serving bowl, and serve with carrot sticks for dipping.
