Tuna Mint Dip

Ingredients
225 g cream cheese
1 tablespoon Sour Cream or crème fraiche
1 tin Tuna drained
Pepper
Lemon Juice to taste
1 bunch Mint leaf chopped

Method
Cream the cheese in a bowl.
Stir through the cream until smooth.
Mix in the tuna, mashing with a fork to blend.
Grind in some pepper, squirt in lemon to taste, and stir though the mint.
Put in a serving bowl, and serve with carrot sticks for dipping.
