- 225 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Sour Cream or crème fraiche
- 1 tin Tuna drained
- Lemon Juice to taste
- 1 bunch Mint leaf chopped
- Cream the cheese in a bowl.
- Stir through the cream until smooth.
- Mix in the tuna, mashing with a fork to blend.
- Grind in some pepper, squirt in lemon to taste, and stir though the mint.
- Put in a serving bowl, and serve with carrot sticks for dipping.
