Serves 4 to 6
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 24 medium peeled Prawns
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or fleur de sel
- 1 tablespoon cracked peppercorns
- Heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the prawns, tossing the pan to coat, then immediately add the salt and pepper.
- Keep tossing until the shrimp have turned pink and curled, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Slide onto a plate, pierce with toothpicks, and serve straight away.
