2 heaped teaspoons of {allyouneedislove} Complex Green, Complex Berry, Triple Green or Açai Berry
Whole milk, almond milk or soy milk
1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries are the best),1 banana or 1-2 mango cheeks
Tall glasses for serving
