Superfood Smoothie

A delicious and healthy smoothie from {allyouneedislove} by Passion Projects!

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped teaspoons of {allyouneedislove} Complex Green, Complex Berry, Triple Green or Açai Berry
  • Whole milk, almond milk or soy milk
  • 1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries are the best),1 banana or 1-2 mango cheeks
  • Tall glasses for serving

Method

  1. Add to blender – milk (whole milk, almond milk or soy milk), frozen fruit (or regular fruit + ice) and Superfood Powder.
  2. Blend until mixed.
  3. Serve in a tall glass.
