Bring 250 ml of water with 50gr of butter into the boil, pinch of salt.
Mix 2 flours with the water and butter until it turns in to a ball. Then reheat the dough for couples of minutes, the dough has to be hot.
Next stage: keep the dough on the heat add two table spoon of sugar, and vanilla sugar, add one egg at the time. At the end add 100gr of sultanas, zest of lemon, 2 tea spoons
of dried yeast.
Fry using vegetable at about 180 degrees, do a little test. Use a spoon to make the little doughnuts, Frittelle have to be quite dark to be ready otherwise they not cook inside sprinkles coarse sugar on top.
