Pumpkin Soup

This pumpkin soup recipe is the ultimate winter warmer.

Ingredients

  • 700g pumpkin
  • 100g potatoes
  • 60g onions
  • 500ml reduced salt butter
  • Small pinch of nutmeg
  • Fresh cream to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the pumpkin and potatoes into pieces. Peel and chop the onions
  2. Fill the soup and co bowl with the vegetables
  3. Add stock, butter and seasoning
  4. Lock the lid fitted with the measuring cup
  5. Place the bowl on the motor unit
  6. Select program P2 by pressing the P Key
  7. Confirm the selected programme with the OK key
  8. When the soup is cooked, the appliance beeps three times
  9. Unlock the bowl and serve immediately or leave the bowl in and place in Keep Warm mode
  10. Serve hot with a touch of fresh cream
