Chicken Soup Noodle

Warm up to this light and low-calorie soup recipe by SlimPasta.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of SlimPasta Spaghetti
  • 1/2 Roast chicken
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 bay leaves optional
  • 1/2 broccoli, cut into bite-sized
  • 1 carrot, cut into bite-sized
  • 1 celery, cut into bite-sized
  • 1 cup frozen peas and corn

Method

  1. Prepare pasta following the cooking instruction.
  2. Pull meat from the chicken and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Bring stock to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add the pasta, vegetables and chicken in the saucepan. Boil, uncovered for 5 minutes.
  5. Seasons with salt and pepper. Serve into a bowl.
