Chocolate Brownie

A Very Rich & Dence Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 180g Butter
  • 1.5kg Chocolate
  • 480g Butter
  • 12 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 cups Brown Sugar
  • 12 Eggs
  • 3 cups Plain Flour
  • 2 cups Brazil Nuts
  • 1 ½ cups Sour Cream

Method

  1. • Melt the 180g of butter and the 1.5kg of chocolate.
  2. • Cream the 480g of butter with the brown sugar and vanilla
  3. • Add one egg at a time into butter and sugar mix wile blenders going
  4. • Add sour cream keep blending until combined.
  5. • Mix melted chocolate mixture and blended ingredients.
  6. • Fold in plain flour and nuts.
  7. • Line trays with grease proof paper
  8. • Bake at 150 degrees for 1 ½ hours
