Pesto Lamb Cutlets

This is a really quick and tasty way of cooking lamb or any other meat, chicken or fish.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 x 100g lamb rump steaks
  • 2 Tbs store-bought pesto

Method

  1. Marinate lamb for at least half an hour in pesto
  2. Preheat BBQ grill over medium high heat.
  3. Spray steaks with oil spray and cook for 3-4 minutes each side, turning once.
  4. Cover loosely with foil and rest for 4 minutes before serving.
