Pump some energy into your muscles with this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 cup milk – use goat/oat/rice/almond etc
  • 2 tsp whey protein powder (at least 80% protein)
  • 1 tsp wheat germ
  • 1 tsp brewers yeast
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup berries

Method

  1. First blend all seeds and almonds until they become a powder, add 1 tsp barley grass powder.
  2. Blend all ingredients together.
