Chocolate Brownies

My Family and Friends told me it's the best chocolate brownies they have tasted. you can do it with normall flour.
Serves 15 to 20
Ingredients
- 175g margarine
- 350g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100g plain flour (Glunten Free Flour)
- 75g cocoa powder
- 100g chocolate chips
Method
- First melts butter with sugar and essence
- Beat the eggs, pour in them
- Add flour and cocoa, baking powder, mix in
- Pour into baking tray
- Put in oven at Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes
Notes & Tips
To check them: you will have to either to put a knife through the middle and if it's come out clean it's done.
