1 1/3 cup self raising flour
150g butter, unsalted
2/3 cup icing sugar
2 eggs, large
2/3 cup brown sugar
125 crushed white chocolate
100g crushed unsalted macadamias

Method
Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate and nuts. Roll into balls (approx. size of walnuts). Gently press onto a greased tray. Bake on 200 degrees for 15 mins. (check after 12mins)
