White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cup self raising flour
- 150g butter, unsalted
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 2 eggs, large
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 125 crushed white chocolate
- 100g crushed unsalted macadamias
Method
- Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add brown sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate and nuts. Roll into balls (approx. size of walnuts). Gently press onto a greased tray. Bake on 200 degrees for 15 mins. (check after 12mins)
