Porcupine Meatballs with Rough Mash Potatoes
Mix onion, mince, rice and 1 tspn Tabasco. Season to suit, and then form into meatballs.
Place uncooked meatballs in a casserole dish and cover with cans of soup and tomatoes. Add more Tabasco to liquid to suit.
Cook at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
Boil potatoes until tender, with their skin on. Drain, add butter and roughly mash with fork.
