- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- ½ cup (125ml) pouring custard
- 4 coconut macaroon biscuits, lightly crushed
- 300ml carton cream, whipped
- Gently fold three quarters of grapes, custard and macaroon biscuits through whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving glasses. Top with remaining grapes and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
