Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup (125ml) pouring custard
  • 4 coconut macaroon biscuits, lightly crushed
  • 300ml carton cream, whipped

Method

  1. Gently fold three quarters of grapes, custard and macaroon biscuits through whipped cream.
  2. Spoon into serving glasses. Top with remaining grapes and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
