First, cut holes in the tops of each bread roll with sufficient room to add cooked mince.
Brown mince then add the chopped onion, cook for a few minutes then add chopped capicum, mushroom and zucchini.
After a few minutes add the tin of crushed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup mix and a few splashes of seasoning. If the mixture appears to be too dry you can add some tomato paste or maybe one crushed tomato. Simmer on low heat to mix in the flavours for 20 minutes.
Once mince is cooked, spoon into bread rolls, top with grated cheese and put into 200°C oven until cheese is melted and bread rolls are nice and crisp. Serve with a lovley fresh salad.
