Curried chicken with rice
Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions
2 apples
2 bananas
one large size steamed chicken, diced
2 level teaspoons curry powder (add to your own taste)
2 x 420g cream of chicken soup
boiled rice for 4

Method
Dice the onion, apple and banana.
Heat oil. Sauté until apple is soft.
Add chicken and curry, stir for a few minutes. Add cream of chicken soup, cook for a further 10 mins.
Serve with rice.
