Heat the margarine/butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat. Continue to stir until all ingredients are well combined. Remove saucepan from the heat and pour 130 mls the chocolate sauce mixture and set aside in a bowl or jug.
Place the biscuits into zip seal bag, having let the air out, and crush them with a rolling pin, ensuring there are small pieces and crumbs. Leave them in the bag and place aside.
Take the two Turkish Delight bars, unwrap and place them on top of each other. Cut into small squares approximately 1 cm x 1 cm. Place cut pieces in bowl.
Add the shredded coconut to bowl and mix with hands to help coat the Turkish delight pieces.
Next take the marshmallows and cut in half. Add these to the mixture in bowl and coat with remaining coconut (this prevents the mallow from sticking together).
Add the crushed biscuits to the mixture. Toss this through the mallow/delight mix. Add the sauce which is in the saucepan. Mix thoroughly till all the mixture is coated.
Tip the mixture into a slice tin pressing down with a spoon or spatula.
Pour the reserved chocolate sauce mixture and spread over the top with spatula.
Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours or overnight.
Cut into bite sizes and dust with icing sugar.
