White Sangria


White Sangria

Make 1 litre.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 30ml white rum
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup Peach pulp (blitz up canned peaches in syrup)
  • 6 thin slices of green apples
  • 2 cinnamon quills
  • Good white wine
  • Ice

Method

  1. Blend the canned peaches in a blender to make peach pulp.
  2. Pour into a large jug. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Top with ice and your favourite white wine.
