Make 1 litre.
Ingredients
30ml Cointreau
30ml white rum
¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup Peach pulp (blitz up canned peaches in syrup)
6 thin slices of green apples
2 cinnamon quills
Good white wine
Ice

Method
Blend the canned peaches in a blender to make peach pulp.
Pour into a large jug. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
Top with ice and your favourite white wine.
