- 30ml Cointreau
- 30ml white rum
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup Peach pulp (blitz up canned peaches in syrup)
- 6 thin slices of green apples
- 2 cinnamon quills
- Good white wine
- Blend the canned peaches in a blender to make peach pulp.
- Pour into a large jug. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
- Top with ice and your favourite white wine.
