¼ cup olive oil
10 tiger prawns, shelled and cleaned with tails on.
1 heaped tablespoon garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon chilli, minced
2 tomatoes, diced
½ cup white wine
2 big handfuls washed baby spinach
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons flat leaf parsley
½ pkt linguini
Ladle of spaghetti water
Salt and pepper

Prep ingredients and have pasta five minutes away from being ready when you start the sauce.
Put olive oil, prawns, garlic and chilli in hot wok toss for 2 mins.
Add tomatoes and white wine, cook for a further minute.
Add spinach, butter, parsley and spaghetti water and toss.
Add drained pasta and serve.
