When you are at a loss .... What do you want to eat ... This dish is quick and easy and delicious... you can make it in a short time and enjoy with the delicious flavor

Serves 1 to 2

Ingredients

  • 1 squash (kusa)
  • 1 cup of Yogurt
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon
  • Fried bread
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Incision Garlic for squash and 1 incision Garlic for Tahini Sauce
  • Sumac for decorating
  • Nuts for decorating

Method

  1. first, cut the squash to small pieces and fry them a little
  2. then put a little of mashed garlic to the fried squash
  3. fry the bread after cutting it to small squares
  4. prepare the Tahini Sauce:
  5. Mix the yogurt with Tahini,lemon, salt and Garlic and mix them well
  6. Now, Mix fried bread with a little of hot water with some of salt (about 2-3 tablespoons of water) then mix them with fried squash and garlic and put them on a dish
  7. Pour the Tahini sauce over the previous mix and decorate the dish with sumac and nuts
