Ingredients
1 squash (kusa)
1 cup of Yogurt
3 - 4 tablespoons Tahini
1-2 tablespoons Lemon
Fried bread
Salt to taste
1 Incision Garlic for squash and 1 incision Garlic for Tahini Sauce
first, cut the squash to small pieces and fry them a little
then put a little of mashed garlic to the fried squash
fry the bread after cutting it to small squares
prepare the Tahini Sauce:
Mix the yogurt with Tahini,lemon, salt and Garlic and mix them well
Now, Mix fried bread with a little of hot water with some of salt (about 2-3 tablespoons of water) then mix them with fried squash and garlic and put them on a dish
Pour the Tahini sauce over the previous mix and decorate the dish with sumac and nuts
