Alice Choc Chip Cookies

Inspired by Alice In Wonderland..... similar to a subway texture, really nice cookie recipe.

Serves 30

Ingredients

  • 1 cup SR Flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate of choice
  • 125g melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • (if mix is a little dry add 1 tbsp milk)

Method

  1. pre heat oven to 180C
  2. prepare 2 baking trays with paper lining
  3. mix all ingredients together till combines
  4. divide into appx 30 balls and place 3 cm apart on baking trays
  5. press a little
  6. bake for 20 minutes
  7. cool
  8. either ice or leave plain, i iced a few of mine with the Alice theme.
