  • 1 Vanilla Bean cut in half lengthways
  • 1 L Milk
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon broken in half
  • 250 g Milk Chocolate broken into small pieces

Method

Ingredients

  1. Use a small knife to scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean
  2. Place the milk, vanilla seeds & bean and cinnamon sticks in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook stirring for 12 minutes or until just simmering
  3. Place chocolate in a medium saucepan and pour over the hot milk.
  4. Turn the heat onto low to medium and stir until chocolate melts and is heated through.
  5. Remove the vanilla bean and cinnamon sticks and serve.
