Chocolate Fondue with Strawberries Flambe
- 350g Chocolate
- Olive Oil
- 1 Punnet Strawberries
- 3 Vanilla Beans
- 50g Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- Splash Whiskey
- In a pan, add the butter and brown sugar and slowly caramelise. Make a hole in the strawberries with the end of a fork and skewer with the vanilla beans. Add the strawberry skewers to the pan and flambé with a splash of whiskey.
- Melt down the chocolate with oil olive, making sure to temper so it doesn’t get too hot.
- Set the strawberry skewers on a serving tray then drizzle the melted chocolate to finish.
