Thai Green Curry With Basil

Quick easy Thai use Chicken,Fish or Vegetables.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 400g. Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 To 4 Tbs. Green Curry Paste (4 Tbs. Is Spicy)
  • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2/3 Tbs. Fish Sauce
  • 2 Tbs. (Palm) Sugar or Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves, Chopped (Do Not Substitute Dried)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Peas
  • 1/3 Cup Or 225g Can Sliced Bamboo Shoots, Rinsed And Drained
  • 350g.White Meat Chicken, Fish Or Assorted Vegetables
  • Fresh Cilantro Or Garnish

Method

  1. Bring To Boil can of Coconut Milk, Curry Paste, Stock, Fish Sauce, Sugar And
  2. Basil. Simmer 15 Minutes. Add Remaining Ingredients, Including Remaining
  3. Coconut Milk. Simmer 10 Minutes. Garnish With Cilantro.
