Fresh Olive Oil (Australian Extra Virgin)
Murray River Salt (or quality Sea Salt)
Dukkah Spice Mix
A selection of sliced fresh vegetables:
Fennel
Capsicums (red and green)
Celery
Cucumber
Radishes

Method
First slice your favourite fresh veggies and arrange them on a share platter.
Then let your guests (or just yourself!) dip them first into the olive oil, and then into the Murray River salt.
