Children-friendly Mango, Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Start your child’s day off with a healthy bang with this fruit and calcium filled smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries, tops removed
  • ½ mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 orange, squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt

  • 6 ice cubes, optional

Method

  1. Blend all fruit and yoghurt ingredients in your blender.
  2. If you are adding the ice cubes do so at the end and blend until foamy.
