This is for people who have trouble making Scones.
Ingredients
1/3 cup of thickened cream
2/3 cup of milk
2 cups of Self-raising flour

Method
1/3 cream top up with the milk to equal 1 cup.
Add 2 cups of flour. Mix.
Knead. Roll. Cut.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
