No fail Scones

This is for people who have trouble making Scones.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of thickened cream
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of Self-raising flour

Method

  1. 1/3 cream top up with the milk to equal 1 cup.
  2. Add 2 cups of flour. Mix.
  3. Knead. Roll. Cut.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
